It works.
By: Maree on 12 January 2018Nothing else has worked as well as this for my decades-long insomnia. I still wake every 1.5-3hours but I get back to sleep again. 5HTP, valerian, phos serine, passionflower etc all help for a day or two and then do nothing, but this keeps working.
