100% fresh freeze-dried Acai (ah-sigh-ee) is a large palm tree indigenous to the Amazon Basin. Acai fruit is traditionally of great importance as food and medicine. Acai is a rich source of antioxidants including anthocyanins and procyanidins, and also contains healthy omega fats, protein and fiber. These nutrients are carefully preserved by freeze-drying, which we believe to be the gentlest and therefore best method of drying and preserving medicinal and food plants. Eclectic Institute has over 25 years of freeze drying experience, and remains the only nutraceutical manufacturer with a full line of herbs processed entirely on- site using our own freeze-driers.

Our POW-ders provide great tasting convenience and economy with no added sweeteners or flavorings, allowing you to enjoy the goodness and fresh taste of pure nature.
Suggested Use
1 level teaspoon for each 60 lb of body weight. Mix the organic Acai POW-der in water or your favorite juice, smoothie or drink.

Organic freeze-dried Acai (euterpe oleracea) and Citric Acid.

Because Acai contains fragile compounds that are sensitive to moisture, air and heat, this product should be stored tightly capped in the freezer or refrigerator. Storage tip: Pour a week's supply of Acai powder into another closeable container to minimize exposure of the original jar.
