Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets 3 times daily with meals. Consider taking these other NOW products: Lecithin and Flax Meal.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica.
Brewer's Yeast has naturally occurring B-vitamins such as: Thiamin (Vitamin B-1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin, Vitamin B-6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B-12, Biotin and Pantothenic Acid.
