Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule up to two (2) times daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, water.
