Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a plant native to Southeast Asia that has a long history of use as an herbal remedy and as a culinary spice. Ginger has more recently been shown to support digestive health and may be effective in the prevention or relief from nausea and upset stomach. In addition, Ginger is a powerful antioxidant, containing a number of free radical-scavenging compounds.
Suggested Use
As an herbal dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap 1 to 3 times daily or as needed, preferably with food.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose (capsules), stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica.
Contains no sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives. Vegetarian/vegan product.
