Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) to three (3) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Vegetable cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica.
