Helped with mouth ulcer
By: Suzi on 15 January 2018I did some research when I had a crater sized ulcer in my mouth, trying to find what deficiency I might have or what natural remedy might help heal the ulcer. I’d tried vegemite, multi vitamins, bicarb soda, warm salty water, all without success. One site recommended zinc, so I tried the lozenges and it worked.
