We handcrafted them, in our bamboo chocolate factory on Bali, by crumbling whole beans into smaller chips, and then dip them in our low glycemic coconut palm nectar. They’re little crunchy bits of goodness; chocolate that doesn’t melt. Called “food of the Gods” and used for long treks by the Mayans and Aztecs, cacao beans are a legendary healthy snack. Sprinkle on salads, granola or in place of chocolate chips.
